I’m a results-driven QA Test Lead with 8 years of experience in Manual Testing, SDLC/STLC, defect life cycle, and test management. I focus on delivering release-ready quality through functional, regression, UAT, smoke, and sanity testing—especially in complex core banking flows.

At HCL Technologies Ltd, I led end-to-end Temenos T24 testing for clients including Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Baxter Health Care. My work covers AA, FT, ST, COB/EOD, interest calculation, GL postings, delinquency updates, and batch-job validation, along with interface testing for external systems like Payments Gateway and Notification Services.

I bring strong test execution discipline using JIRA/ALM for defect tracking, sprint coordination, requirement traceability, and audit-ready documentation. I also execute SQL queries in MySQL to validate transactional data, customer master data, loan schedules, product parameters, and GL mappings—turning data checks into confidence for business stakeholders.

I’ve been recognized for performance with the “Live wire award” (2022–2023) and appreciated as a reliable single ALM SPOC for smooth coordination across internal teams and client stakeholders. I’ve also mentored junior QA members and applied structured test case design techniques (e.g., boundary value analysis and equivalence partitioning) to ensure complete coverage and timely defect resolution.
