I’m a product and QA leader with around 17 years of IT experience, including 14 years of B2B SaaS product management in the global supply chain and logistics domain. I focus on turning customer needs into clear product requirements, grooming-ready work, and dependable delivery.

In my most recent role as Ass t Product Manager at Winmore India Pvt Ltd (July 2024 to May 2026), I drove customer requirement gathering, product requirement documentation, and grooming sessions. I also prepared detailed release notes and stakeholder communication, and supported implementation teams during customer onboarding and UAT phases.

Previously, as a Principal QA Engineer at Infor Nexus Pvt Ltd (July 2012 to July 2024), I led manual and automated testing efforts and strengthened QA leadership and process improvement. I helped teams validate and de-risk releases by focusing on quality gates, sanity checks, and operational readiness across complex logistics workflows.

What sets me apart is my hands-on use of AI to improve productivity and quality of deliverables. I developed an AI based Lane Intelligence model that provides win probability data from historic data, and I’ve leveraged AI tools such as OpenAI, Claude, and Lovable to support smarter, faster execution.
