What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead technical delivery, operations, automation, and measurement for cross-functional teams, particularly in remote US-hours environments where I can improve systems, reduce manual work, and help teams execute reliably.

At Resource Box International Solutions, I lead a business systems analyst team of eight and coordinate roughly 50 people delivering client-facing portals for a US pharmaceutical distribution partner. I run Azure DevOps end to end across concurrent initiatives, from sprint planning and backlog management through deployment and support.

I led the company-wide Azure DevOps rollout, built Power BI KPI dashboards for weekly C-suite reviews, and automated executive reporting workflows that reduced manual effort, rework, and follow-up escalations by roughly 30 to 40 percent. I also design AI-assisted workflows using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Copilot, then train teams to operate them after handover.

Previously, I managed 10 to 14 concurrent projects at AMTI without liquidated-damages penalties and led automation and operations support for Procter and Gamble accounts at DXC Technology. I bring close to seven years of US-hours delivery, operations, and executive support experience.
