At Genomar S.A., I was part of the team that built and implemented the company’s ERP. The work helped standardize processes associated with raising larval survival from 50% to 80%, and I translated operator and production needs into data design and management indicators.
I designed and built LowOcean ERP, an ERP for shrimp hatcheries that integrates production, inventory, costing, and purchasing. I designed its data model and validated harvest and costing formulas against historical production runs.
