Developed Playwright/TypeScript E2E coverage for a SaaS customer and IoT-device management platform. Built a new TypeScript/Appium/Mocha automation framework and used AI tools for test generation, executing 60 chatbot evaluation scenarios with Promptfoo.

Defined and ran load, stress, spike, soak and scalability tests for low-latency gRPC voice-trading services. Benchmarked k6, Gatling, Locust, JMeter and ghz, leading to adoption of k6 as the project standard.
