What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex safety-critical, aerospace, space or deep-tech programmes where I can align international teams, customers and delivery plans while improving planning, reporting and risk management with practical AI tooling.

At Critical Software, I manage ESA-funded active-debris-removal, satellite life-extension, ground-segment, SKAO and ESO Extremely Large Telescope programmes. I own scope, cost, quality, schedule and risk across international customer engagements, using Waterfall, Agile and hybrid delivery models.

I've also led operations and finance at Spaceway and co-led Airport of Things, where we digitised airport Safety Management Systems to improve preventive maintenance and fleet availability. With an aerospace engineering background and hands-on safety-critical software experience in SCADE and MATLAB, I build AI-assisted tools, dashboards and prompt libraries that reduce repetitive planning, estimation, reporting and risk work.
