At One Acre Fund Nigeria, I rotate through People Operations, Corporate Operations, and DEI under the F.I.T Africa Catalyst Program. I developed interactive dashboards to consolidate operational data and support management decisions, and proposed an automated staff housing placement system using digital forms and spreadsheet-based matching logic.
At the Nigerian Educational Research and Development Council, I supported staff appointments, promotions, and disciplinary processes, and assisted with records and internal reports. My experience also includes process documentation, data analysis, and project-based front-end web development.
