What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity where I can apply Power BI, Excel, field data collection, reporting, and record-keeping skills while growing in data analytics or agricultural extension. I'm willing to relocate and work independently to deadlines.

I've built and published Power BI dashboards for customer churn, customer experience, retail sales, HR attrition, and food delivery customer analysis, using Excel for data cleaning and preparation.

My HR attrition analysis examined a 1,470-employee dataset to identify attrition drivers and at-risk segments, while my food delivery dashboard analyzed 285 customers and found an 81.1% positive feedback rate.

Alongside analytics, I've collected and validated agricultural field data, maintained operational records, supported hydroponic farm operations, taught technical material, and handled direct customer concerns.
