I am adept in CI/CD, test automation, data analytics, and stakeholder engagement, and I hold several certifications including AWS, Kubernetes, ITIL, CISSP, and ABCP.

Throughout my career, I have successfully designed and executed automated and manual test plans, led full-lifecycle QA initiatives, and developed disaster recovery strategies with multi-region deployments on AWS, Azure, and GCP. My role as a Principal Architect at Bell Canada involved architecting ITSM modernization projects and supporting multiple banking clients with DR planning and call center resilience modeling.
