I've built 8+ years of experience across Polish payroll, HR administration, finance operations and global payroll delivery, including statutory reporting for ZUS, PIT, PFRON and GUS. I use payroll systems, Excel-based data checks and clear process documentation to improve accuracy, escalate risks early and support colleagues through onboarding.
