Managed a Horizon Europe project of approximately 2 million euros with 18 European partners focused on developing a roadmap for a federated digital ecosystem for DNA-based biodiversity data. Developed and implemented a communications strategy and coordinated stakeholders.

Managed schedules, budgets, and resources for 2 projects on hydroclimatic risks within the Water Sciences Division. Provided technical expertise in planning and delivering key outputs, including publications and online course development.

Coordinated the implementation of activities for 2 projects on hydroclimatic risks, including tracking deliverables and managing deadlines. Organized and facilitated meetings and events to support project objectives.

Assisted in planning and executing events and meetings, including organizing an online seminar on water management. Drafted meeting minutes, reports, and communication materials.

Developed a master's thesis on the establishment of socio-environmental citizen observatories in Mexico as part of the Franco-Mexican VAL-USES project, focusing on the Usumacinta River Basin through sediment analysis.

Provided support for environmental impact studies within the Mexican legal framework, with expertise in map creation using Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Oversaw data analysis and consulting with experts for a state-level standard on quarry management.

Taught courses in ecology, geography, and physics for over 80 students, creating teaching materials tailored to students' needs.
