What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead and grow community-focused education programs that blend English instruction with martial arts training—using strong training, mentoring, and fundraising to deliver measurable impact and long-term participation.

I’m a bilingual martial arts instructor and educator with 30+ years of experience in high-performance sports training, English instruction, and community development. I founded and led an educational center in Honduras that integrates English teaching with training in Krav Maga, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Judo for at-risk youth and adults.

As Director & Lead Instructor (2012–Present), I design and implement conditioning, self-defense, and character development programs that sustain participant retention over 10+ years. I coordinate a full Spanish-immersion English center to support bilingual skill development, and I secure ongoing funding to sustain multi-year operations and expand community program coverage.

I bring a leadership-first, cross-cultural approach shaped by my background as a former professional basketball player and camp director across Poland and the Dominican Republic. Earlier in my career, I also worked as a Financial Analyst & Planner and as a translator/English instructor for medical brigades and educational initiatives—bringing disciplined communication, training, and mentoring into everything I build. I hold certifications including Krav Maga Black Belt (AKMF) with Level 2 Instructor Certification and advancing ranks in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo.
