As a freelance viewing agent, I meet and greet prospective clients, showing them properties on behalf of various real estate agencies. This role involves direct client interaction and property presentation.

Since early 2020, I have consulted on designing educational facilities for Asia Strategic Holdings across Myanmar and Vietnam, remotely managing a dedicated team in both countries. My work focused on educational design and brand expansion, delivering European international franchise facilities.

On a project basis, I designed virtual environments on Spatial for a Dutch company specializing in corporate and learning spaces. I crafted engaging immersive digital spaces for remote collaboration, learning, and social interaction in the metaverse.

Co-leading with the founder, I helped grow a healthy food brand from farmers' markets to a four-story Yangon headquarters, managing a team of 30. We also showcased our products at Thailand's Wonderfruit Festival, running a successful 24/7 booth.

I served as the lead planner & designer overseeing the design team for the renovation of Pun Hlaing Siloam Hospital (PHSH). I also led the nationwide roll-out of five PHSH facilities from feasibility studies to final design.

As an interior architect, I contributed to a diverse range of projects comprising master planning, residential, and commercial spaces. My role involved design contributions across various project phases.

Throughout my internship, I actively participated in a team focused on the design of an education facility. I gained insights into how the organization oversees projects from design to execution.

I managed various activities including customer interaction, stocking shelves, cashier duties, and opening & closing procedures. This role honed my skills in operational efficiency and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Studied Interior Architecture, gaining comprehensive knowledge in design principles and practices. Developed skills in space planning, material selection, and project management relevant to interior design.
