I am a systems designer and programmer/analyst with a BSc in Computer Science and over three decades of hands-on experience delivering business software solutions. I lead implementations, training, and deployments across ERP and financial management systems for SMEs and large organisations.

As Managing Consultant and Chief Software Solutions Consultant at Intentional Software Solutions, I have deployed referable systems including fund management, insurance, hospital/clinical, municipal billing, educational, retail, manufacturing and telecom solutions. I maintain large data sites for taxes, pensions, refrigeration, telecommunications, transportation and mobile money operators.

My technical background spans development languages and platforms such as PHP, Delphi, Turbo Pascal, Visual Basic, dBase, MS SQL Server, Python and PostgreSQL, and deep expertise in ERP products including Odoo, Sage (Pastel Partner, 200 Evolution, X3, 300), Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Palladium. I am an expert in business intelligence and reporting using Power BI, Power Query, Pivot Tables and advanced Excel functionality.

I oversee daily engineering operations, customer liaison, systems analysis, design, development and implementation, and I consult on school systems and corporate governance through departmentalized workflows and transitions from manual to computerized financial management.
