What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a mission-driven role where I can lead training or operations teams, combine reporting and data analysis with strong customer service, and drive continuous improvements with regulatory-compliant outcomes.

I’m a Tactical Officer who supervises learning, mentoring, and training military personnel in tactical operations, helping cadets and recruits stay prepared for combat and tactical situations.

Across logistics, operations, and reporting roles, I’ve analyzed data and delivered daily updates for operations and administration, supported inventory and building-materials tracking, and used tools like SAP, WINCMSS, Pyramid Loan Expeditor, and Redcap/MAKO intake systems. I also bring customer service, outreach, and process-improvement experience from roles in security, marketing outreach, and SunTrust loan package execution with full compliance to policies and regulations.
