At IT Vizion, I administer 21 SQL Server instances and their databases across roughly 10 US client environments. I manage backups and restores, apply patches and updates, and support upgrades from SQL Server 2016 to newer versions.
I also manage the Windows Server machines hosting client databases and handle remote IT support tickets in Freshservice. I use SSMS, SQL Server Agent jobs, and PowerShell for administration, and communicate daily in English with US client teams.
