I’m a Deckhand who helps keep vessels running safely and efficiently through maintenance, cleaning, and hands-on support. I conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards onboard, with strong attention to detail.

I also prioritize preparedness by participating in emergency drills and emergency response training. I collaborate closely with team members to carry out tasks effectively, contributing to seamless operations.

Before maritime work, I served as a Technical Support Representative, resolving software and hardware issues while delivering exceptional customer service. I actively listened to customer concerns and found timely solutions, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve product functionality and reduce recurring technical issues.

Across both roles, I bring problem-solving, team collaboration, and adherence to safety protocols to uphold the highest standards. I’m especially motivated by delivering professional service—whether assisting guests with VIP support or supporting customers with confident technical help.
