What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead end-to-end, multidisciplinary projects—owning scheduling, stakeholder workshops, proposals, BOQs, and delivery from design through closeout—while partnering with client and vendor teams to ensure quality execution.

I’m a PMP® certified Project Manager and Architect with over 4 years of experience in project management, design management, and multidisciplinary delivery. I’ve led more than 50 projects and contributed to over 100 assignments across cultural events, exhibitions, corporate and entertainment experiences, hospitality, real estate, government initiatives, and interior design.

I manage projects from proposal and bidding through concept design, technical development, procurement, manufacturing, execution, operations, and closeout. I lead scheduling, resource allocation, and workload planning across architectural, creative, technical, production, vendor, and client teams using Microsoft Project, while owning client communication, stakeholder workshops, technical presentations, and proposal submissions.

I also prepare and review BOQs, technical proposals, MOUs, and operational plans, then supervise production, installation, site execution, quality control, and handover. My work includes masterplans and spatial strategies for festivals, exhibitions, and entertainment destinations, plus technical leadership for major pitches and exhibition installations, drawing on hands-on architecture and site supervision from residential and heritage-scale projects.
