What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a high-acuity team where I can coordinate donor care or deliver critical care with calm clinical judgment, strong communication, and real-time problem solving. I value training, teamwork, and patient-first outcomes.

I’m an energetic, hardworking nurse whose background spans pre-hospital EMS, ER, ICU, PICU, organ procurement, and flight nursing—built around a life dedicated to the care and service of others. I deliver care with empathy and compassion, treating patients across the lifespan from birth to elderly in both acute and critical settings.

In my current work as a Travel RN-ORC (Organ Recovery Coordinator), I coordinate donor management end-to-end, focusing on hemodynamic stability, lab evaluation, fluid and electrolyte balance, diagnostic test ordering and organ evaluation for transplant. I support donor stability and optimize organ function through communication with transplant teams, surgeons, critical care physicians, and OR staff, using platforms like iTransplant and True North Life Logics along with UNET/TransNet and UNOS policy adherence.

I also bring deep critical care and air-med transport experience, managing high-acuity patients with advanced airway and vent skills, including RSI and needle/surgical cricothyrotomy, plus ventilator, pressor, and complex device management such as IABP, Impella, and ICP/ventriculostomy drains. This breadth helps me evaluate risk quickly and act confidently in time-sensitive environments.

Education and ongoing skills training drive how I lead and teach—I’ve served as a preceptor and educator for more than 16 years, and I’m a certified instructor for American Heart Association and an adjunct instructor for Kiamichi Tech Paramedic Program. I’m drawn to roles where clinical judgment, calm coordination, and patient advocacy directly impact real outcomes.
