Alexandra Smith
@alexandrasmith2
Flight nurse and educator delivering safe, patient-centered critical care.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Flight RN and nurse educator committed to safe, quality, patient-centered care. In flight roles with Wyoming Life Flight, I handle rotor and fixed-wing transports and serve as a first-responder, including yearly Sim-X training with ventilator and cadaver lab components.
My clinical foundation spans critical access ER, PACU, General ICU, and Level I–III trauma settings, where I’ve supported trauma response, rapid response, and high-acuity recovery. I bring a strong teaching mindset—using evidence-based practice, protocols, and effective communication to help patients and staff succeed while I continue seeking educational opportunities to grow as both a nurse and educator.
