What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead healthcare program operations where I can improve care coordination, build scalable workflows and automation, and align clinical, research, data, and administrative teams around measurable patient outcomes.

At Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, I own end-to-end operations for a multi-site program serving approximately 400 patients, connecting clinical, research, data, and administrative teams without shared reporting lines.

I redesigned patient tracking workflows that raised enrollment-to-final-follow-up completion from 50% to 75% and improved overall retention by 25%. I also built REDCap automation for data-quality flagging and alerts, developed SOPs and tracking tools that supported expansion to additional sites without added headcount, and adapted Healthy Steps for Older Adults for New York City.

My work is grounded in chronic disease management, care coordination for older adults, and research operations. I've collaborated with VNS Health, NYU, and Rutgers University, coordinated care for a medically complex dementia patient, and co-authored 20+ peer-reviewed publications in geriatrics, dementia, hospice, and health systems research.
