What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead clinical research programs where I can improve recruitment, enrollment, and implementation through data-driven strategy and strong collaboration across sponsors, sites, providers, vendors, and patient communities.

I manage recruitment strategy and execution for 8–10 concurrent patient-facing clinical research programs at Care Access, aligning sponsors, CROs, research sites, vendors, and internal teams around enrollment goals.

My background at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and Columbia’s Implementation Science Lab includes oncology research, patient engagement, study operations, implementation workflows, and using recruitment data to address barriers across the research lifecycle.
