I am a dedicated W RAN Engineer with over 16 years of experience in GSM Mobile Communications and Core Networking. My journey began with Nu Tek India Ltd., where I honed my skills working with Nokia equipment. Currently, I am contributing to the BSNL Ericsson project in Jammu & Kashmir, where I manage complex network operations and ensure seamless communication services.

Throughout my career, I have successfully handled various responsibilities, including troubleshooting RNC issues, integrating new Node B sites, and performing software upgrades. My expertise in using advanced software tools like WINFIOL and RBS Manager has enabled me to resolve critical network issues efficiently. I take pride in my ability to provide exceptional support to the customer operations team, ensuring that all site-specific problems are addressed promptly.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, I am passionate about leveraging my technical skills to contribute to innovative projects. I am always eager to learn and adapt to new technologies, striving to enhance network performance and reliability.
