What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a challenging role where I can use my RAN integration, operations, troubleshooting, and project coordination capabilities to support organizational growth while gaining further exposure and learning.

I'm currently supporting Zain Jordan and Saudi Aramco projects at US Technology International, providing L1/L2 support for Nokia 2G/3G/4G/5G networks. I own incidents from detection through restoration, RCA, documentation, and closure, while coordinating integrations, upgrades, configuration changes, and field activities.

I've supported T-Mobile, AT&T, Vodafone Australia, STC Saudi Arabia, Airtel, and Jio projects across Nokia and Ericsson RAN environments. My work covers remote integration, alarm troubleshooting, site commissioning, network modernization, transmission equipment, BSC operations, and preventive maintenance to minimize outages.
