I am an experienced Implementation Engineer with a strong background in RF Optimization. Over the past 8 years, I have worked in various roles, delivering RF Optimization line of products and providing on-the-job training to customers. I have a deep understanding of optimization tools like Ultima Forte and Ultima Mentor (SCHEMA Tool) and have successfully deployed and delivered these tools to clients.
In my previous role as Deputy Manager at ZTE Telecom India Pvt Ltd, I provided support for O&M to the field team and resolved product-related queries for the Aircel TD LTE Project. I also coordinated with NOC, field teams, and customers to troubleshoot faults and other network-related problems. Additionally, I have experience as an Assistant Manager at Tata Tele Business Services, where I provided support for GSM BSS, IP, and OSS-NMS Nodes for the East TTSL circles. I was responsible for BSS planning and optimization, report generation, RF analysis, and KPI analysis to improve network performance.
