Tyler Landas
@tylerlandas
I lead enterprise accessibility programs that embed WCAG compliance into product development.
What I'm looking for
I led end-to-end accessibility programs at Chegg and Microsoft, embedding WCAG 2.1 AA, ADA, and EAA requirements into web and mobile product development.
At Microsoft, I served as the voluntary Accessibility SME and de facto Accessibility PM for MSN.com, defining governance and remediation practices for a platform reaching millions of users across 60+ markets. I partnered with product, design, engineering, and international teams to maintain accessible React and Web Component experiences, audit partner integrations, and build training resources.
At Chegg, I established accessibility workflows across product teams, reduced engineering rework by 10+ hours per sprint, and built organization-wide training that strengthened inclusive design literacy. I’m pursuing CPACC certification and looking to bring enterprise accessibility leadership to higher education.
