What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote HR Executive or HR support role where I can apply my organizational psychology foundation, staff training and coordination experience, and Microsoft Excel reporting skills.

At Bombay Autism Center / Butterfly Learnings, I mentor junior therapists, deliver training, and provide feedback on therapy protocols. I also developed customized ABA therapy protocols for behavior therapists.

I coordinate care plans with multidisciplinary teams and maintain digital progress records and reports. I’ve also conducted parent counseling sessions to support communication and home-based care.

Earlier, at TalkSpace - A Mental Health Studio, I coordinated client communication and prepared treatment summaries under supervision. I also facilitated expressive art therapy workshops at Psychoflakes and taught and mentored students as a volunteer with U&I Foundation.
