I’m looking to help distributed teams deliver value with Scrum/Kanban—improving sprint predictability, removing impediments, and aligning stakeholders across time zones through transparent metrics and continuous improvement.

I’m a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Agile practitioner with experience facilitating distributed cross-functional teams across Banking, Pharma, and Healthcare. I focus on improving sprint predictability by removing impediments early, driving ceremony discipline, and using Agile metrics like velocity, burndown, and cycle time to increase transparency.
