What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue rebuilding my Canadian IT career in a systems administration, infrastructure, networking, or technical support role where I can apply hands-on troubleshooting experience, keep building current certifications, and contribute to reliable client environments.

I've supported client infrastructure at Eagle Vision Security (eTor Networks), resolving remote technical issues, deploying cloud updates and patches, documenting network configurations, and coordinating new IT environments.

Previously, I supervised a three-person technical team at Doaba Trading, resolving 20–30 daily issues across Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, Linux, VMware/ESXi, web servers, and CMS platforms.
