What I'm looking for

I'm focused on growing within a data and business analysis environment, contributing to digital transformation and solution-focused projects.

At Fortray Global Services, I authored Jira user stories with acceptance criteria, developed Power BI dashboards, and mapped As-Is and To-Be workflows. I also supported Agile ceremonies and QA and UAT processes.

As an Amazon Business Owner / E-Commerce Entrepreneur, I founded and managed an Amazon UK e-commerce business, analyzing sales trends and customer behavior in Excel. In project work, I documented requirements for B2B e-commerce features and developed SQL and Power BI fraud analytics to identify spending patterns.
