Parisa Kh
@parisakh
I build computational neuroscience and AI-based data analytics models using Python and neural simulation tools.
What I'm looking for
I'm conducting doctoral research in computational neuroscience at the University of Bern, where I work on Spike Kernel Propagation in a computational neuroscience group.
Previously, I supported AI-Based Resilient Data Analytics for Human Machine Interface at the University of Freiburg’s Department of Sustainable Systems Engineering (INATECH). I also researched the dynamics of dislocation in high-entropy alloys at IMTEK.
My physics master’s thesis examined feature-specific connectivity in multi-layered networks using the Directed Configuration Model. I use Python, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, MATLAB, and neural simulation tools including NEST and Brian Simulator.
