I am currently pursuing a Master's in Machine Learning at Universität Bonn, where I am deeply engaged in the field of computational neuroscience. My thesis focuses on testing various neural network models, including LSTMs, RNNs, and CNNs, to analyze mice pose data. This research aims to uncover robust low-dimensional neural manifolds, and I am actively training these models on a high-performance computing cluster.

In addition to my thesis work, I have gained valuable experience as a Wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft, where I independently developed a semi-automated pipeline for quantifying neuronal length in cell cultures. My role as a Research Intern at the University Clinic Bonn allowed me to apply facial landmark software on patient videos, culminating in the creation of a comprehensive data analysis pipeline that included preprocessing, model implementation, and statistical testing.
