I partner with Experian director-level stakeholders and NetWeb VP leadership to turn business needs into delivery plans, staffing models, SOWs, and executive reporting.
I've led fixed-bid delivery for a major US bank alert platform using AWS Fargate/ECS, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, and DynamoDB in an event-driven Receive–Process–Deliver pipeline. Following Phase 1, I mobilized a 10-member team in approximately 15 days for the expanded Phase 2 engagement.
I drive AI adoption through impact reviews, internal agents, POCs, AI-DLC practices, and usage reporting. I led an OpenAI API and LangChain-based story-generation POC that delivered about 40% productivity improvement, and led a team that won an Experian hackathon for image generation from code.
Across NetWeb, Capgemini, and TechTree IT Systems, I've grown from hands-on Java development into technical leadership, enterprise project management, client engagement, people leadership, and delivery governance.
