At Housing and Human Settlements Program (PVAH/CONVIVIENDA), I evaluated proposed resettlement sites and conducted structural assessments and architectural surveys across Honduras. I also designed and supervised bathroom modules and potable water storage systems.
For PVAH/CONVIVIENDA, I produced architectural plans and budgets for decentralized housing improvements, with attention to safety, accessibility, and local requirements.
As a freelance Design Architect, I prepared construction document sets with floor plans, sections, elevations, and technical details. I used Revit for 3D building models and documentation, and AutoCAD for technical drafting.
At Sedecoas-Pronaders, I conducted surveys of public infrastructure and developed executive plan sets for bidding and construction. I also supervised contractors and checked work against building codes and contract obligations.
