I seek architecture or construction roles focused on estimation, project management and process improvement, with opportunities to lead automation and cross-functional coordination in a growth-oriented team.

I am an architect and estimator with hands-on experience in design, cost estimation, and construction coordination. I have delivered high-volume work under tight deadlines, including completing up to 80 fence and driveway projects in a single month.

In my current role I manage project planning and subcontractor coordination, develop material breakdowns and budgets, and lead process improvement and automation initiatives that streamlined licensing and permit compliance. I create reliable estimates for wood, vinyl and chain-link projects and support technical on-site assistance.

Previously I produced detailed shop drawings and fabrication blueprints, regularly delivering 30+ detail sheets daily and preparing complex shipping quotes for up to 10 containers weekly. I also supported international sales and export operations while administering quoting, invoicing and delivery calendars using tools like Zapier and Microsoft Office.

As a founder I managed finances, events and a small team, demonstrating operational and leadership capability. I bring a pragmatic, deadline-driven approach and seek roles where I can apply estimation, project management and process-improvement expertise to deliver measurable operational gains.
