What I'm looking for

I seek roles focused on road and public works infrastructure where I can lead technical evaluations, improve construction quality, and support data-driven project delivery in collaborative teams.

I am a civil engineer with hands-on experience in road infrastructure projects, pavement design studies, and construction supervision across Honduras. I have supported field sampling, laboratory coordination, and technical review processes that informed project decisions.

At INVEST-H and SEDESOL I conducted contract reviews, monitoring and evaluation, and technical analyses to assess implementation challenges and performance. I have worked on large pavement corridor studies and bridge construction monitoring, contributing to prequalification processes and contract modification analyses.

I bring strong technical reasoning, clear written analysis, and practical field inspection skills, complemented by advanced English proficiency (EFSET C2). I seek roles where I can strengthen infrastructure quality, support evidence-based evaluations, and contribute to transportation and public works delivery.
