At the Secretariat of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Honduras, I advised on treaties, agreements, consular matters, and administrative contracting. I also represented the Secretariat in judicial proceedings and served as an official delegate in international multilateral forums.
I represented the State Secretariat in over 50 labor and administrative judicial proceedings. I also drafted legal opinions addressing challenges faced by Honduran nationals abroad and provided direct legal assistance during mobile consulates.
As an independent attorney, I provide legal advisory services in administrative, civil, and labor law. I draft contracts, court pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents, and conduct legal research for case strategy and client representation.
Earlier, as a legal intern at the Public Defender’s Office, I managed cases and monitored criminal proceedings, drafted pleadings and motions, and participated in oral hearings. My education includes a Bachelor of Laws and a diploma in the legal framework for public officials; I’m currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Labor Law.
