I’m looking for a civil engineering role where I can own construction cost estimation and cost control, combining BIM/AutoCAD workflows with data-driven methods (including GenAI) to improve accuracy, schedule compliance, and project value.

I’m an analytical civil engineer focused on construction cost estimation, budget management, and project execution. I build precision quantity takeoffs and unit price analyses by reviewing architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to deliver detailed, decision-ready estimates.

In my current Buildings Department role, I supervise civil and electromechanical works with strict quality control and specification compliance. I directed technical supervision for a Data Center remodeling across 15 specialized modules, maintaining 100% operational uptime and strong schedule adherence.

I also strengthen project accuracy through digital workflows—leading georeferencing and site surveys for 4,000+ public infrastructure units and centralizing quantitative databases for audits and third-party usage agreements. I integrate Generative AI workflows to accelerate technical field reporting and enhance the accuracy of estimation documentation, while continuously optimizing costs using value engineering and earned value management.
