Panos Neo

I'm co-founding White Whale Software, where I design and develop custom web applications and SaaS platforms. I lead software architecture, domain-driven design, backend engineering, and technical decisions across the development lifecycle.

Previously, I built backend systems at AgroApps PC and Redcase Software using PHP, Laravel, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Livewire, JavaScript, and REST APIs. My work has supported agricultural applications, learning management systems, real-estate platforms, and e-commerce projects.

I've worked across the full development lifecycle, from system design through deployment, while helping define engineering standards, workflows, coding practices, and tooling. I care deeply about clean code, maintainable systems, collaboration, and solving real business problems.

For my Computer Science thesis, I developed an intelligent flight-booking chatbot in Django, combining NLP, machine learning, SVM intent recognition, Seq2Seq LSTM slot filling, spaCy, WebSockets, and the Skyscanner API.
