At Kraft Heinz, I designed and deployed BlueCollar, an end-to-end RPA workflow for HR milestone tracking across 4,000+ employee records. It reduced a multi-hour manual process to a 40–100 second run and generated HRBP-wise files, pivot tables, and stakeholder email notifications.
Alongside development, I supported the bot in production by triaging failures, investigating root causes, and tracking change requests through ServiceNow. I also supported the migration of its input data from Tableau to Power BI and kept HR stakeholders updated within support targets.
At COGBEE, I built the live video interaction interface and user flows for NexoDeb8, achieving a 95%+ user session success rate. At Celebal Technologies, I used SQL to automate employee work-hour reporting and analyze shift data.
