At Cognizant Technology Solutions, I architect and deploy automation workflows using UiPath and Power Automate. I’ve delivered 15+ end-to-end workflows and migrated 10+ processes from UiPath On-Premise to Cloud while maintaining business continuity.
I also resolve production incidents by analyzing NG Logs and UiPath Orchestrator to troubleshoot bot exceptions. My work includes automating Excel tasks and building workflows that support ITSM processes.
On my SharePoint Access Provisioning project, I automated access requests from ServiceNow tickets, verified permissions, and captured screenshots as audit evidence. I’ve also created an Outlook mailbox monitoring engine with Power Automate Cloud Flows.
