I've spent 4+ years at Tata Consultancy Services building automation solutions for ABN AMRO, Baker Hughes, and United Airlines.
For ABN AMRO, I designed and deployed 15+ Power Automate cloud and desktop workflows, developed attended and unattended bots, and integrated solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams.
I build OCR-enabled automation with AI Builder, manage Microsoft Dataverse data models, and train AI models for form processing, prediction, and text classification. I also support, debug, and deploy workflows across development, test, and production environments.
On Baker Hughes and United Airlines projects, I developed Kofax bots, monitored production, worked with REST APIs, optimized PL/SQL and SQL queries, and maintained applications through testing and issue resolution.
