I’m looking for a challenging role where I can apply quality assurance, member/customer support, and sales experience to improve outcomes, coach teams, and strengthen client relationships.

I’m a Quality Assurance Associate with a long track record across healthcare support, customer service, and sales. I conduct monitoring and auditing to ensure associates meet Everise and client requirements, and I work closely with Supervisors and Management to maintain quality standards.

In addition to quality work, I’ve supported patients and members through primary care appointment making, insurance medication eligibility checks, and coordinating pharmacy refills. Earlier in my career, I managed high-volume member inquiries and trained teams, then moved into Account Management and Field Sales leadership—building customer partnerships, handling negotiations, and supporting ROI-focused advertising and installations.
