What I'm looking for

I work best with a clear goal and the autonomy to decide how. I’m looking for work where I can help businesses implement software, improve workflows, and guide people through change.

At Murrieta Tennis Club, I implemented and ran Mindbody for 14 years, configuring memberships, billing, registration, payments, and staff permissions. I also built practical workarounds to make the platform fit how the club operated.

I built a Google Forms registration process that calculated prorated pricing and capped class registrations to prevent overbooking. The new owners still use it after the 2025 sale, and I supported their transition with system guidance and operational know-how.

At Deines Chiropractic, I converted about 300 manually tracked care plan records into ChiroTouch and led a staff of four through the switch from SKED to TrackStat. I also wrote a 12-section office operations guide with step-by-step how-tos.

Now, through my operations and systems practice, I help clients with registration, scheduling, payments, websites, and workflows. I built websites and Acuity Scheduling registration for Scott Dickey Tennis and the Bill Brooks Memorial Tournament; tournament participation grew from about 30 to 65–70 players.
