What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a social-impact role where I can manage stakeholders, mentor people, coordinate field programs, and create positive change in diverse communities.

I've supported education and social-impact initiatives with Piramal Foundation, Swapnopuron Welfare Society, Joy Of Giving Foundation, and GTT Foundation. My work includes government education-program implementation, teacher mentoring, school visits, data tracking, and community-based projects.

As a Jan Suraaj Fellow in Bihar, I met political leaders, studied panchayat-level caste demographics, identified local issues, and helped establish youth clubs. I also built stakeholder relationships, supported school management and parent-teacher meetings, and ran enrollment campaigns.

I'm currently a Student Counsellor at GTT Foundation, providing career mentorship, student engagement, placement support, and progress tracking. I'm motivated by creating positive social change and taking ownership of work that improves education, opportunity, and community outcomes.
