I've led Pega architecture and delivery for Transport for NSW and Victorian State Government platforms, including the Concession Travel Card, Transport eMobility, Emicro Shared Scheme, and Concession Validation Platform. I design end-to-end solution blueprints, scalable case management, Constellation UI patterns, and integration architectures.
At HCL Technologies, I’ve led cloud migrations from Oracle to PostgreSQL, Pega upgrades from 8.x to Infinity 24.2, and zero-downtime government service transitions. I also modernise legacy applications from UI Kit through Theme Cosmos to Constellation, while improving performance, deployment reliability, and maintainability.
Across HCL, Cognizant, and Infosys, I’ve built REST, SOAP, MQ, JMS, email, SQL, and SSO integrations, supported production systems, and delivered frequent releases in Agile teams. I hold Pega CLSA V86 certification and was recognised as a Best Performer in the Pacific Zone.
