I am a certified Pega Senior System Architect with 2.2 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing Pega solutions across business process management and CRM domains.

At Enigma Metaverse I design rules from basic to advanced and implement integrations including Service REST and Connect REST; I also build and maintain data pages, report definitions, file and email listeners, BIX extracts, data flows, job schedulers and queue processors.

I monitor application performance using PDC, increase service performance, resolve client-raised bugs, and address guardrail warnings through debugging, data transforms, validation, correspondence rules and UI updates while collaborating closely with clients to deliver their user stories.

I hold Pega Certified System Architect and Pega Certified Senior System Architect (8.7) certifications and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication; I engage with the Pega community and seek roles where I can apply and grow my Pega integration, performance tuning, and customer-facing engineering skills.
