At Kopanong Hospital, I worked in the Revenue Department on debtor management and account tracing. I followed up on overdue accounts and wrote off long-outstanding untraceable debts.

I compiled information for RAF and COID claims to support institutional revenue collection. I also handled billing and invoicing across several classifications and gained hands-on experience in cash management.

I used PAAB, BAS, and HIS for financial and administrative tasks, and captured and tracked progress in MS Office spreadsheets. My work also included ICD 10 coding and file control.

Before my finance internship, I sold and marketed financial products as a Financial Advisor at Momentum Metropolitan and as a Distributor at Credico/Raymo Direct Marketing. In both roles, I captured client information, brought in new clients, and maintained relationships with existing clients.
