At Edata Solutions, I handle US residential mortgage title and closing operations, from opening title orders and coordinating closing requirements to preparing and reviewing disclosures.

I prepare and review Initial and Final Closing Disclosures in line with TRID requirements, balance transaction figures, and support funding and post-closing transfer. I also review title commitments, payoffs, and closing packages for accuracy.

My work includes submitting legal documents through Simplifile e-recording, resolving recording rejections, and preparing and reviewing owner’s and lender’s title insurance policies. I use Qualia, Simplifile, SoftPro, Resware, Netronline, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office.
