What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a mortgage operations role focused on condition/document compliance and audit-ready accuracy, where I can support closings and underwriting, resolve discrepancies quickly with stakeholders, and keep improving document verification quality.

I’m a US Mortgage Specialist with 6.5+ years of continuous experience since October 2019, specializing in mortgage closing, condition review, due diligence, loan audits, and data conversion with no employment gap. I review mortgage documents to ensure compliance, coordinating with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and maintain high accuracy.

Currently, I work as a Condition Reviewer at WNS Global Services, supporting closing and underwriting through document & compliance verification. Previously as an E2E Closer (L3) for Wells Fargo at Mphasis and a Senior Process Executive at Infosys BPM, I prepared and generated closing documents, verified employment/address/tax items, handled mortgage insurance and cashiering, and updated loan information in the Loan Boarding System.
